The shareholders of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali, reg. no. 559247-4976, (the "Company") are hereby invited to the annual general meeting on Monday, 19 June 2023 at 10.00 in the Company´s office on Sturegatan 16 in Stockholm (registration from 9.30).
Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") completed its issue of units on Friday. The unit issue was preliminarily subscribed to 107%. The board of directors intends to use the option for over-allotment and everyone who subscribed for units will be allotted in full. The Company will receive SEK 6.4 million before issue costs.
The Board of Directors of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali ("Eternali" or the "Company") has decided to extend the subscription period in the ongoing unit issue until Friday March 10, 2023.
The board of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") has on January 24, 2023, with the support of authorization from the AGM on May 31, 2022, decided to issue units. The subscription period runs from today, January 25, up to February 17, 2023. With a fully subscribed unit issue, the Company will receive SEK 6 million before issue costs. The proceeds from the unit issue are intended to be used for the start of operational activities.
Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali´s (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") wholly owned subsidiary Eternali Brasil Ltda has entered into an agreement to acquire five eucalyptus plantations in the state of Pará, Brazil. The acquisition covers 1,300 hectares of land with approximately 400 000 metric tons standing eucalyptus. The eucalyptus plantations have undergone all the criteria to be approved for FSC certification. Harvesting and sale is planned for 2023.
