Eternali has acquired additional land in the city of Moju, located in the Pará region of northern Brazil, for the establishment of the company’s next production facility for wood chips, or biomass.

Eternali has made its initial significant deliveries of wood chips to customers from its newly constructed facility in Moju in northern Brazil.

The Board of Directors of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali ("Company") has decided to extend the subscription period in the ongoing unit issue.

The shareholders of Eternali are invited to the extra general meeting to elect new members to the Board of Directors.

Eternali has decided to conduct a share issue of 5,5 MSEK and the proceeds from the share issue will be used to invest in two new wood chip facilities to rapidly expand the operational business for biomass production.
