Eternali is pleased to announce the addition of Oleoplan as a new customer at its Moju facility.

The shareholders of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali, reg. no. 559247-4976, (the "Company") are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the company's office at Sturegatan 16 in Stockholm (registration from 9:30 a.m.).

Eternali has entered into a new supply agreement with ComBio Energia S.A., covering the coming twelve months.

Eternali is pleased to welcome a new customer to its production facility for biomass in Moju.

Eternali has acquired additional land in the city of Moju, located in the Pará region of northern Brazil.
