Eternali acquires land in Brazil to establish logistics center

Eternali has signed an agreement to acquire land in the state of Pará in northern Brazil. This acquisition is seen as a strategically important investment to enable a logistics center with both storage and transshipment facilities near the forest plantations with which Eternali has harvesting rights.

Eternali establish woodchip business in northern Brazil - launches new business area with immediate start of deliveries of biomass to customers

Eternali launches a new business area focused on chipping wood raw material and delivering biomass to customers in northern Brazil. The establishment of the new business area is done with customer orders in place and completed acquisitions of chipping machine and land for a production site in the city of Moju in the state of Pará in northern Brazil. The first delivery to customers will take place already in the beginning of July.

Eternali signs first customer order

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali ("Eternali") has signed its first order for delivery of biomass to a customer in Europe. The buyer is BSL Comércio Internacional S.A., a Portuguese trading company that operates large volumes of wood fibre to the international market. The order is for a first shipment of 10,000 tons of wood chips.

Eternali will receive SEK 6.4 million in oversubscribed unit issue

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") completed its issue of units on Friday. The unit issue was preliminarily subscribed to 107%. The board of directors intends to use the option for over-allotment and everyone who subscribed for units will be allotted in full. The Company will receive SEK 6.4 million before issue costs.
