Eternali has decided to conduct a share issue of 5,5 MSEK and the proceeds from the share issue will be used to invest in two new wood chip facilities to rapidly expand the operational business for biomass production.
Eternali has signed an agreement with Vantec for the delivery of equipment for its new woodchip operations in Moju. Vantec will deliver and install a woodchipper and related equipment already in June.
The shareholders of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali, reg. no. 559247-4976, (the "Company") are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the company's office at Sturegatan 16 in Stockholm (registration from 9:30 a.m.).
