Eternali grundades 2020 med ett affärsfokus på hållbar snabbväxande träråvara från norra Brasilien. Under 2022 rekryterades en ny ledningsgrupp in med bland annat Andreas Forssell som VD och Gustavo Silveira som Operativ Chef. Den nya ledningen köpte samtidigt ut de tidigare grundarna ur bolaget och påbörjade en omstrukturering av bolaget. Under 2024 lanserades en uppdaterad affärsplan och vår första egna produktionsanläggning för biomassa (träflis) etablerades. Idag producerar vi spårbar, högkvalitativ biomassa för stora energi- och produktionsbolag i deras övergång till renare energi, och levererar dessutom snabbväxande, ansvarsfullt odlad träråvara till producenter inom papper, förpackningar och andra branscher. Vår operativa verksamhet koncentreras till delstaten Pará i norra Brasilien medan vårt huvudkontor ligger i Stockholm i Sverige.

What we do

Eternali provides sustainably sourced raw materials from the forest, focusing on:

  • Biomass production: In our own production facilities, we produce high-quality, traceable biomass from responsibly sourced wood residues, supporting industrial customers in their transition from fossil fuels to cleaner energy.

  • Wood raw materials: Based on off-take agreements with paper and pulp producers, we trade, harvest, and supply fast-growing eucalyptus from responsibly managed, FSC-aligned plantations in northern Brazil, including long-term supply agreements for international markets (under start-up).

Our operations and production are based in northern Brazil, with a local office in Belém, while our group headquarters are located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our background

Eternali was founded in 2020 in Sweden by two entrepreneurs with the vision of investing in and managing large-scale commercial plantations in Brazil. In 2022, a new leadership team — CEO Andreas Forssell and COO Gustavo Silveira, both bringing extensive experience from the forestry and commodities sectors — was recruited to establish a new strategic focus. With support from a newly appointed board, the management team assumed control from the original owners and initiated a comprehensive restructuring of the company.

In 2024, Eternali launched its renewed business plan, culminating in the establishment of the company’s first biomass production facility in Pará.

Sustainability at our core

Sustainability is embedded in everything we do. We source only traceable residues registered in SISFLORA, work with responsibly managed forests and plantations, and maintain transparent processes throughout our supply chain. Eternali is a proud member of the UN Global Compact, reinforcing our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
