Notice of Annual General Meeting in Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali

The shareholders of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali, reg. no. 559247-4976, (the "Company") are hereby invited to the Annual General Meeting on Friday, June 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the company's office at Sturegatan 16 in Stockholm (registration from 9:30 a.m.).

Shareholders who wish to participate in the meeting must be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB by Wednesday, June 19, 2024, and must also notify the Company of their intention to participate in the meeting no later than Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Notification can be made by mail to Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali, Box 5124, 102 43 Stockholm, or by email to info@eternali.se.
