Eternali extends the subscription period in the ongoing share issue

The Board of Directors of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali ("Company") has decided to extend the subscription period in the ongoing share issue.

The background to the extension of the subscription period is, upon request, to give existing shareholders and new investors additional time to take part of information about the Company's operations and offering, thus providing additional time to participate in the share issue.

Last day to register is now set to 15 November 2024.
