Eternali extends the subscription period

The Board of Directors of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali ("Eternali" or the "Company") has decided to extend the subscription period in the ongoing unit issue until Friday March 10, 2023.

The background to the extension of the subscription period is, upon request, to give existing shareholders and new investors additional time to take part of information about the Company's operations and offering, thus providing additional time to participate in the unit issue.

The Company has conducted a number of meetings and presentations that have generated great interest. Opportunities for further presentations have been requested and will be carried out during the extended subscription period.
