Eternali announces outcome of rights issue

Eternali has completed its rights issue, which was subscribed to 37 percent. The rights issue provided the Company with gross proceeds of SEK 6.95 million before transaction costs. In total, 6,948,067 shares were subscribed for at a subscription price of SEK 1.00 per share.

The number of shares in the Company will increase to a total of 23 049 401 shares, and the share capital will increase by SEK 347 403. Registration of the rights issue with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) will take place as soon as possible, following which the new shares will be delivered to the subscribers' custody accounts or securities accounts.

The Board of Directors had targeted cash proceeds of at least SEK 10 million from the rights issue, which was not achieved. The Company's objective of executing its long-term business plan remains unchanged. At the same time, financing requirements, capital structure and any potential adjustments to project timelines will be reviewed. Further information will be provided in due course.

The rights issue did not include any set-off of outstanding claims. Potential measures relating to the Company's indebtedness will be evaluated as part of the ongoing review of financing and capital structure.
