New recruitment of operational management team in Moju and new nominations of members to the Board of Directors.

After a summer of hard work to establish our first production facility for biomass in Moju in northern Brazil we are now ready to start production. The foundation is ready. The chipper has arrived. The office building is built and furnished. The sourcing is done. The customers have been informed. And to lead the team and development in Moju we are pleased to announce the recruitment of two senior managers in Mr José Figueiredo (right) and Mr Dercio Cardoso (left).

José Figueiredo joins Eternali as Facility Manager and brings with him extensive experience in the forestry sector, with knowledge of native and planted trees, as well as a successful track record in forest inventories, georeferencing, certification, and operations. His solid field expertise will be essential for advancing not only Moju but also our other establishments.

Dercio Cardoso joins the Moju team as Supervisor of Operations and with his broad experience of leading companies within the industry he will have a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring the development of our wood chipping business.

We are also pleased to invite two new members to the Board of Directors, if elected at the EGM on September 30, Mr Olle Widén and Mr Daniel Bessmert. They both bring with them crucial experience from building strong brands both in Brazil and other international markets which will play an important role in the development of our company. Olle Widén, is a Swedish citizen living in São Paulo from where he built the credit market company FinanZero in Brazil. Olle is also a board member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Brazil. Daniel Bessmert has an extensive experience in senior roles at large international companies such as Citibank, Visa, and PayPal and today he is a member of the Board of Directors of Macacos, a Swedish company that imports superfoods from Brazil. Daniel also run Greatweek.com, which provides a platform for financing green energy projects in North and South America.

With these great recruitments we now look forward to start our deliveries to customers and continue to develop our company.
