Eternali carries out an issue of units to finance the start of operations

The board of Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") has on January 24, 2023, with the support of authorization from the AGM on May 31, 2022, decided to issue units. The subscription period runs from today, January 25, up to February 17, 2023. With a fully subscribed unit issue, the Company will receive SEK 6 million before issue costs. The proceeds from the unit issue are intended to be used for the start of operational activities.

Eternali enters into agreement to acquire five eucalyptus plantations

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali´s (publ) ("Eternali" or the "Company") wholly owned subsidiary Eternali Brasil Ltda has entered into an agreement to acquire five eucalyptus plantations in the state of Pará, Brazil. The acquisition covers 1,300 hectares of land with approximately 400 000 metric tons standing eucalyptus. The eucalyptus plantations have undergone all the criteria to be approved for FSC certification. Harvesting and sale is planned for 2023.

Eternali joins the UN Global Compact

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali AB ("Eternali" or "the Company") will be part of the green transition and joins the UN Global Compact. By joining, Eternali commits to the Ten Principles of human rights and labour rights, safeguarding the environment, and working against corruption. Eternali has also identified which of the UN's 17 sustainability goals the Company can contribute most to.

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali (publ) has hired Pernilla Enkler as Chief Sustainability Officer. Pernilla has extensive experience of communication and sustainability work at several large companies. Her most recently assignment as Head of Communications and Sustainability at Bellman Group, a major Swedish construction group.
