Governance at Eternali

Skogsaktiebolaget Eternali is a Swedish public limited liability company registered on 26 February 2020. Eternali is governed inter alia by the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, the Articles of Association and the Board of Directors' and CEO's rules of procedure. In addition, the Company has applied internal instructions, policies and guidelines.
